Altered Kite - Mixed Media Layout

Hello!

Sharing a kite shaped wedding layout. This is my DT project for Splashymix Challenge.

I selected a kite shape for base; for which I used water color paper. Created a
delicate and fresh collage with soft pastel colors and a beautiful bride n groom photo for focal pic. Wanted to depict a new hope, new happiness...a new beginning!

Have used:
Gorgeous rice papers @itdcollection.
Acrylic paints @Finnabair_studio "Sparks Fairy Wings" "Opal Magic Green Gold" "Opal Magic Coral Green"
Flowers @primamarketinginc Fruit Paradise collection.
Lovely die cuts @craft_secrets_scrap.
Pretty chipboard @expressionscraft_studio.

Few close up pics:

Entering this project for few challenges.

1. More Than Words Challenge:

Love this main challenge for May "HELLO to DOORS & WINDOWS" for the word inspiration "Hello" I have used quote "Hello to new beginnings!" as the layout shows he newly wedded couple saying hello to their new journey. For the creative challenge - Doors & Windows, I have used die cuts and chipboards of Windows and Doors around the focal image.
